Here are the steps to set up the widget correctly

1. Download the other 3 shortcuts on my profile

2. After downloading them, head over to the shortcuts app then create a new folder, name the folder music controls (doesn't matter what it is called)

3. After you created the folder, move the 4 shortcuts into that new folder

4. When you have sorted the shortcuts into the new folder return to your Home Screen

5. Finally, the last step! Phew! On your Home Screen add a medium sized Shortcuts widget, then edit the widget to make the widget set to the music folder, enjoy your new music controls widget!

Extra Note: The way the shortcuts are arranged in the folder will influence the location of the buttons on your widget so if your buttons are in a place you don't like you can rearrange them in the shortcuts app so you can have a more comfortable experience.
