The shortcut prompts for 3 blood pressure readings with a minute rest between each reading and then computes the average BP from these readings. Readings are stored in the Bear Markdown Notes App to store the entries, one per line separating each value by a comma. Bear Notes can export readings as .txt file which can then be renamed as a .csv file and opened with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
