A Shortcut that helps you with your daily brushing!

Here is 2 minutes long shortcut to satisfy the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night with a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. You could brush more often if you like, but the minimum for healthy teeth and gums is the 2/2 rule.
This shortcut automatically write the data in the Apple Health app too.
In the next step simply swipe down the notifications to see the specified routine.
