• This Shortcut calculates APGAR Score for a newborn.

• You can run the Shortcut by saying this phrase to Siri “APGAR Score” or you can add the shortcut to your Home Screen and run it from there.

• The APGAR Score is determined by evaluating the newborn baby on five criteria (Appearance, Pulse, Grimace, Activity and Respiration) on a scale from zero to two, then summing up the values obtained.

• The resulting APGAR Score ranges from zero to ten.

If this is your first time using Shortcuts you have to activate "Allow Untrusted Shortcuts" by going to

Settings -> Shortcuts and enable "Allow Untrusted Shortcuts".

If that option is greyed out, open the Shortcuts app and run one of the starter Shortcuts or any Shortcut from the gallery . Then you should be able to enable it.
