TheUpdater is an updater that has a lot of features.

Update your shortcuts without running them
Update a shortcut that does not have TheUpdater implemented
Supports rollbacks (This is still buggy)
Supports disabling check for updates for certain shortcuts (This can be used for when the RoutineHub servers are slow)
